IRCC instructions on Work off campus as an international student - Canada.ca state that for a student to be eligible to work during a scheduled break, they have to be full-time before and after a break.

Is a student who is part-time in the last semester(full-time in the rest of the semesters) eligible to work full-time during a scheduled break that comes immediately before a part-time last semester?
