Stream map

Two live pathways on the official stream page: a qualifying job offer in any NOC 2021 TEER, plus self-employed physicians who do not have a job offer. Self-employed professionals other than physicians are not eligible.

Duties first, lead statement second, Job Bank wage confirm-only. Wage does not pick the NOC. Use /noc, /wages, and /programs. /work-permits is the permit map. It is not an OINP requirement.

Job-offer path. Employer goes first.

  1. The employer registers the business and submits the job offer in the Employer Portal. Employer Portal guide.
  2. The candidate receives a job offer ID by email.
  3. The candidate has 30 calendar days from the job-offer submission date to register the EOI. If the window lapses, the offer expires and the employer must submit a new job offer.
  4. An invitation is not a nomination. If invited, the official stream page gives the employer 14 calendar days to apply for approval of the employment position, and the candidate 17 calendar days to submit after that employer filing.

Self-employed physician path

Official physician path on the same stream page. No job offer. The official tests are: eligible to receive payment for publicly funded health services under the Health Insurance Act, 1990 (an OHIP billing number), and a College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario certificate in independent practice, academic practice, or provisional registration, in good standing. A postgraduate education licence is not this path. Those physicians may still use a job offer if they have one. Start through the official OINP webform on the stream page. If invited, submit within 17 calendar days.

Nomination is not PR

Ontario issues a nomination. IRCC decides permanent residence. IRCC provincial nominees. The stream page says a successful file gets a nomination approval letter, a nomination certificate, and a work-permit support letter if applicable, then the person applies to IRCC within 6 months. Confirm those next steps on the live application-process page.

Express Entry nomination is optional, and only where official

The live application-process page, after redirect from https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontario-immigrant-nominee-program-oinp-application-process to https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-application-process, offers Express Entry nomination only if the person applies with a TEER 0 to 3 job offer or as a self-employed physician, meets federal Express Entry minimums, and keeps a valid federal profile. TEER 4 and 5 job-offer files are not that option. Do not invent 600 CRS on every OINP file. The stream page states the 600 CRS addition only after an Express Entry nomination is accepted.

Closed streams. Not apply-now paths.

The landing page is explicit: all other streams are now closed. That includes Human Capital Priorities, Employer Job Offer, Masters Graduate, PhD, French-Speaking Skilled Worker, and In-Demand Skills. In-progress files under a closed stream stay with the rules they were filed under. New EOIs belong on Workforce Priority only.

What this page will not invent

  • There is no fee to register an EOI. An invited application has a fee. The live application-process page on ontario.ca prints the amounts. This site does not copy them.
  • No processing-time promise.
  • No Workforce Priority draw date or cutoff. Invitation cutoffs stay empty unless ontario.ca publishes them for this stream.
  • This page does not collect a UCI or other file facts.

EOI score helper

Printed official cells only. Scoring factors are not stream criteria.

This helper adds the bands reprinted from the Ontario Workforce Priority stream page fetched 21 Aug 2026. A score is not an invitation and not a nomination. Ontario nominates. IRCC decides permanent residence.

This helper does not collect file facts. Wage does not pick the NOC.

NOC 2021 input. Duties first.

Official TEER and broad-category bands use the 5-digit NOC. Title search starts the hunt. Main duties first, lead statement second, Job Bank wage confirm-only. Open the NOC helper, wage helper, and programs hub. A work permit is a different map: /work-permits. It is not an OINP requirement.
