In other words, if an applicant submits proof of their work experience after June 16, 2024, they are ‘required fo : submit proof of six months experience or more, depending on the date of their initial combined PR and open WP application? In addition, we seek your clarification to whether the eligible work for either above noted occupations must have been accumulated only after the issuance of the Occupation restricted work permit, or may be considered if attained working on any other open work permit, e.g. PGWP or spousal open work permit? The instructions issued on 24/06/2024 (copy attached), states the following under the “requirements of the qualifying work experience”: *« * you have 36 months from the date we issued your occupation restricted open work permit to provide your proof of work experience © * Canadian work experience must have been authorized under a work permit, under maintained status, or a public policy The later above does not specify the type of the work permit (e.g. PGWP, or SOWP ....etc. We appreciate your guidance and clarification.
