One more clarification: you indicated that “If the foreign national completes a program and starts a new program after November 1, 2024, they must meet the field of study requirement for that new program.” This is clear to me. What is a foreign national DOES NOT complete a program of study and decided to CHANGE PROGRAMS but does not need to extend their study permit to complete the new program. Do they or do they not need to meet the field of study requirement in this case? Thank you, 000042
