T tried looking for the answer on departments website but failed, Here is the situation ts A student changes the program at same DLI in September 2024. But she needs to extend a study permit in this year in order to complete her work permit The program in which she was studying since September 2024 was PGWP eligible, but now if'she applies for study permit extension will she become ineligible for PGWP. because as per the new rules, ifthe student applies for a study permit afler Nov 1, 2024, they will not be eligible for PGWP in this program. regards
