Please provide clarification to the below. This pertains to the length of work time of one in Canada with a work permit issued under CUKTCA The word “cumulative”...does this pertain to the cumulative time one has physically been in Canada working OR is cumulative in reference to the total number of months a work permit is issued? For example if a person has a 12 month work permit and worked a cumulative time of 6 months in Canada during that one month (one month on, one month home in the UK), are they entitled to another 12 month work permit allowing another 6 months of cumulative work in Canada? Six months on WP one and six months on WP two for a total cumulative time of 12 months in a 24 month period.
