RESPONSE 2 Starting November 8, 2024, you must be enrolled in the designated learning institution (DL!) named on your study permit. This means you can no longer change DLIs by letting us knowthrough your online account. To change DLIs, you need to get a newstudy permit by applying to extend your current one. CLARIFICATION This question does not apply to a student changing their designated learning institution (DL). In this scenario, the student would remain at the same DLI but would be entering Canada at a later date (while their study permit approval is still valid) to pursue a different program of study than their study permit was approved for.
