Then he travel back to home country for summer vacation in June 2025 when the extension application is still in processing. As he also has a valid TRV, he returned Canada in August 2025 and at that time his extension application has not decided yet. in that case, can he still be able to attend school after September 30, 2025? (providing he is in College) Question 2: Can minor student attending school even if their status expires? Per the explanation in “If their study permit expires" at the bottom of the page (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/prepare/minor- children.html), it seems that minor student can attend school while waiting for a decision for restoration status application. Does it mean minor students are allowed to attend school even if they do not have maintained status? If so, for the scenario provided above, if the student is attending secondary school, will they be able to attend school regardless they have maintained status? Question 3: Validity of Visitor Record For visitor record holder, will their TR status expired automatically once they left Canada per R183 (4) (a)? OR they can leave and re-enter Canada and stay until the expiration of their Visitor Record? ovotsa
