If a study permit holder has completed a one-year graduate certificate and applied for a study permit extension based on another one-year graduate certificate program at the same DLI, and then decides to change to a college certificate program, they would need to apply for a new study permit and coop work permit. This is because the change involves moving toa different level of study.
