Ihope this message finds you well, |am an authorized immigration representative for nanaging the company's matters related to immigration and global mobility. | would like to inquire about the eligibility of Mexican citizens to apply for a work permit at a Canadian port-of-entry. Specifically, my question is whether a Mexican citizen with a valid eTA and an existing Canadian work permit can apply for anew work permit with a different employer at a Canadian port-of-entry?
