Thave a question re. BOWP eligibility for a non-EE PR applicant. The IRCC websites have different requirements, A75 requires the “receipt of a positive eligibility assessment on their non-Express Entry APR”, while a different instruction only requires "a copy of the acknowledgement of receipt letter you received when you submitted your Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) permanent residence application." | understand that a positive eligibility assessment is not the same as receiving an acknowledgement letter.
