processed her permit; the explanation to her was that when she left the country, they did not stamp her passport when she left Kenya. nevertheless, the student is still unable to contact Kenya [requester] understanding is that even if there is no stamp on her passport, she was given a study permit at the border that IRCC should have a record. T did notice, however, that these two students arrived days apart, on December 28, 2023, and January 1, 2024, and their DLI on their SP is listed as [requester] there any assistance we can get from this issue?
