Good evening, Scenario: AWP extension was refused as the LMIA decision was still pending at the time of decision for the WP extension application. During restoration, the Applicant filed two restoration applications - one worker and another as a visitor. cote

The restoration as Visitor was approved first and then the worker. Now, there is one VR and one WP issued, My understanding is that WP is valid and the Applicant may work based on its conditions. However, | am unsure since the WP was issued after the restoration as Visitor was approved. | could only find guidelines on two applications scenario in maintained status but not for restoration (Iemporary residents: Maintained status during processing (previously called implied status) - Canada.ca), so any help on this is much appreciated.
