My question is: in the case of a student who was full-time in program A in the Winter 2025 semester (Jan-April term) and changed their program to program Bin the Fall 2025 semester (Sept. to December) and Summer (May-Aug) is considered a scheduled break for both programs and the student maintained full-time status in the Winter and Fall semester, could you please confirm that the program change will not affect the student's eligibility to work full-time in the Summer semester (May-Aug) as it’s considered a scheduled break at our institution? As per IRCC’s Glossary, it’s up to the institution to define scheduled breaks:
