Question: With Permanent Residency becoming harder to attain many IEC eligible youths are doing back to back IEC participations to stay in Canada for longer. e.g. For Danish/Andorran dual citizen They exhaust their IEC general pool work permits of one year. One year on Danish passport and one year on Andorran passport. 2 years total through IEC general pool using two passports. My question is if an applicant goes onto use IRCC Recognized Organizations, are they eligible to participate twice as a Danish citizen AND twice as a Andorran citizen (total of 4 RO IEC participations)? My understanding is that foreign youths RO participation can only participate in the RO program twice in their lifetime, regardless of whether they have one or more IEC eligible passports or not. So dual citizens don't gain additional 0402
