1. 1. Yes, any change in conditions listed on an employer-specific work permit will require that the employer submit and new job offer and for the foreign worker to submit an application to extend or changes conditions of their work permit.

2. 2.No, an employer needs to submit a new job offer via the employer portal, and the foreign worker needs to. submit a new work permit application.
