DLI and switched to another DLI prior to this date? Initial response] A3: Based on R222(1}{a), a study permit becomes invalid 90 days after the permit holder completes their studies or is no longer enrolled at the DLI named in the permit. The 90 days do not apaly in this scenario as the student has withdrawn from their studies, rather than completing their studies . If a student withdrew from their original DL! and switched to another DLi before November 8th, 2024, the student should have changed DL via their IRC [requester], if the stuclent changed DLis after November &th, they will nead to apply for anew study permit extension. Clarification: The study permit did not become as the student changed DLIs prior to November 8*” and are actively pursuing studies.
