Response 1 Review the main duties, and employment requirements highlighted by each of the NOC codes and choose a number that best relates to the duties being completed by the foreign worker. For example, NOC 60010—Corporate sales managers lists duties that include international commerce responsibilities. When making an application, the onus is on the foreign national to demonstrate that they meet the eligibility requirements for the FTA category they are requesting.
