For example, a student's current study permit expires on April 30, 2025, and does not list any [requester] study permit was issued under their previous DLI, but the student changed their DLIin May 2024. They now need a study permit extension for the program they started in May 2024 at the new DLI they transferred to through the DLItransfer process.
