5.19(1) FFD erccepcress Semone conse * Ifthe student change their program before November 1, 2024, applies for a study permit extension on or after November 1, 2024, under the program of study they changed into before November 1, 2024, then they do not need to meet the field of study requirement. At Saskatchewan Polytechnic, we offered a Business Diploma Program that offers various specialty. The first year courses provides a foundation in core business concepts, including accounting, computers, economics, human resources, insurance, organizational behavior, marketing and more. For the second year, students are required to select a specialization in one of the following areas of expertise: accountancy, financial services, human resources, insurance, management, marketing, municipal administration and sport management. Students must select a specialization when applying in our program. To cover those whose interest may have changed after studying the core business concepts in first year, student may change specialty prior to second year. At our DLI, there is no change in program but a mere change in specialization within the same Business Diploma program. However, the program and specialty in the letter of acceptance submitted for study permit application will be different from completion documents.
