Also, yesterday (Dec. 18", 2024) it was confirmed during the IRCC Technical briefing that if a student changed to a new program before Nov. 1, 2024 and applies for a study permit extension after Nov , 2024 that this group of students will be exempted from meeting the field of study eligiblity fora PGWP later.
