It seems to us that we would need to use an UG PAL for the [requester] they then move to an UG program at the same DLI, then no new PAL should be required. Then this lads to the EAP to GR scenario. Would we need a new PAL for the transition in this case, since it would be seen as a UG to GR wansition?
