© * Her studies were completing before 31st Dec 2024, but her college confirmed her that she won't be getting her

completion letter or transcripts before this date ( which is must to apply PGWP). © * To remain in a valid status, she applied for a Study Permit Extension on 28th Dec 2024 ( before the expiry of her study permit ) and got maintained status.

© * She received her completion letter + transcripts on January 19th, 2025. A) Can she apply PGWP now ? Or she needs to wait for the approval of study permit extension request submitted on 28th Dec 2024? 8) if she can apply PGWP, does she needs to apply for restoration of Study permit also along with it ? Or only PGWP application is to be done ( considering, she already has a maintained status) ?
