QUESTION: If astudent completes two one-year certificates within two years (both PGWP eligible), will they be eligible for 3 years PGWP? RESPONSE: Please note that we cannot provide case-specific information, however a student may be able to get a PGWP that combines the length of each program. Each of the programs they completed must be PGWP eligible and at least 8 months (or 900 hours for Quebec credentials) in length. If the combined length of the programs is 2 years or longer, the work permit may be valid for up to 3 years. We hope this information is of assistance.
