For example, if someone is working part time hours —will the system recognise when they have a full year of work experience based on the number of hours they have entered or the timeframe provided? In other words, if a candidate has reached 1,560 hours of work on a part time basis over a period of 17 months —will the EE system recognise that they have at that point. Or, will the system only recognise that they have the equivalent of full-time hours when the 24 month period has elapsed? Answer: The system makes work experience calculations based on the information declared in the applicant's profile, specifically hours worked and the period of employment. Ifa candidate has reached 1,560 hours of work on a part time basis over a period of 17 months, the system will recognize that the equivalent of a year of full-time work experience has been reached Please be advised that the assessment of an application is conducted on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the specific circumstances and the supporting documentation available to the officer.
