Good morning,
was wondering if you could clarify the following regarding CRS points through the Express Entry system:
1. Cana foreign national receive CRS points for “Canadian Experience” if they are working in Canada for a Canadian
incorporated company that does not have a physical premise in Canada? The foreign national is physically working in
Canada, but he does so remotely on behalf of his Canadian employer.
2. Can the same foreign national receive CRS points for “Arranged Employment”? I understand CRS points for Arranged
Employment is about to change, but until it does, can the foreign national claim Arranged Employment points if they have
been working under authorization of an eligible employer-specific Work Permit for over | year and the employer wishes to
offer them a permanent position. Again, the Canadian employer does not have a physical premise in [requester] employer is

Thanks so much!
