My question relates to study permit holders in Canada without a specific institute listed on the study permit and who believe they

submitted their change of DLI notification via the IRCC web portal prior to November 8, 2024. Is there a way for them to

independently verify which DLI is curently linked to their study permit (such as within their IRCC portal)?

Ithas been widely reported that in practice IRCC did not ever provide any confirmation of the change of DLI to these study

permit holders. So now many of them are unsure of whether or not IRCC ever processed their change of [requester] is

contributing to us receiving hundreds of requests for PALs fiom our continuing students even though they already took steps to

change their DLI prior November 8, 2024.

Internally we are referring to the IRCC compliance report list for Fall 2024 to help verify this and we are confirming with students

if they appear on that list or not. However, even when we confirm that they are on the list they stil are not reassured, If there was oorse4

a way for them to be able to independently verify which DLI is linked to their current study permit then that would help them to. sure off their previous change of DLI notification was processed and whether or not they require a PAL for any further study permit extension while continuing their studies at our institute Cheers,
