Hello, thank you very much for your response, could you kindly further clarify question 2 as the above highlighted sections do not align: Question 2 if a student started a program at a new DLI in January 2025 but failed to submit their study permit extension to change DUI, are they considered non-compliant and must stop studying now? Or, can they submit a study permit extension at this time and continue their classes in the current term? If they can submit an extension, will a PAL be required? Response 2 : Students who started a program at a new DUI in January 2025 but did not submit their study permit extension are considered non-compliant. They must stop studying until they submit a study permit extension. They can submit the extension application now and continue their classes once it is approved. A PALwill be required with the extension application if they are extending their studies at a new DL! and new level of study. . Can these students resume their studies upon submission of the study permit extension application , OR upon approval of the extension application? Kind regards, 001261
