Response 1 According to IRCC, the levels of study are classified into three main categories:

1. Primary and secondary education

2. Post-secondary education (including vocational and technical training, certificates, diplomas, advanced diplomas, and

undergraduate programs)

Question 2 Does it mean that if student needs to submit a PAL with their new study permit extension application if they got a study permit for DLI “A”, transferred to DLI “B” in September 2024 and is currently studying there?
