Can an TRV ona visitor record attend the BC PLC bar exam course (3 month training course required for licensing as a lawyer in BC) while on a visitor visa? The applicant has an expired PGWP but a valid [requester] BC PLTC bar exam course is not a [requester] the licensing agency for lawyers in BC and the bar exam course is required to become licensed. There is no abilty to get a study permit The BC PLTC courses is full time for 3 months.
