1, Inthe Express Entry system, ifan applicant is awarded points for arranged employment and loses their job offer afler submitting their Express Entry PR application, do they lose the points they were awarded for their job offer?
2. If they do lose the points they were awarded and as a result their score is now below the threshold score for the round of invitations under which they were invited, will their PR application be refused?
3. InDecember 2024 it was announced that there would no longer be CRS points awarded for arranged employment. Does this change apply only to LMIA-based job offers such that an individual on an employer specific, LMIA-exempt Work Permit in a NOC 00 role would still receive 200 points for having a qualified offer of employment (assuming they have been working for the company tor I fill year)?
