The duration of the PGWP would be based on the duration of the PGWP-eligible program, and the applicant would have to apply for a PGWP within 180 days of receiving confirmation that they have completed the PGWP-eligible program." | would appreciate clarification on the following points: ootss

1. Tfa student’s initial study permit was issued before November 1, 2024, and they applied for an extension before November 1, 2024 to pursue a second program that is non-PGWP-eligible, would they still benefit from program stacking when determining the PGWP duration?

2. Ifa student’s initial study permit was issued before November 1, 2024, and they applied for an extension before November 1, 2024, but received approval or the extended study permit after November 1, 2024, for a non- PGWP-eligible program, would they still benefit ffom program stacking when determining the PGWP duration?
