My delight at seeing that the new form included a withdrawal of representation option was short lived though when | saw that to properly complete the form, the applicant had to sign. This entirely defeats the purpose of a representative withdrawing from representation where the applicant refuses to allow that to take place (eg, the rep becomes aware of some misrepresentation that the applicant refuses to disclose or other break in their relationship where the applicant will not facilitate) or where the applicant has disappeared and cannot be found to sign. Please advise me how cancellation of a representative effectively differs from withdrawal of a representative, when you have to get the applicant to sign the form for a withdrawal (section €).
