I am writing to seek clarification regarding a case involving a student who completed Grade 12 in India and enrolled in a Designated Learning Institution (DLT) before November 1, 2024, in a program that offers eligibility for a Post- Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). The student is now considering changing their program at the same DLI, still at the post-secondary level. However, the new program does not qualify under IRCC's eligible field of study requirements.
