Good afternoon, 1am seeking clarification on the eligibility requirement for applicants to the Home Care Worker Immigration Pilots (most recently updated March 21, 2025) that they have "received a credential for a relevant training of at least 6 months, within or outside Canada" that must "be completed within the 2 years before you apply”. oss

Does this requirement mean that if someone acquired a credential for relevant training more than 2 years before applying (e.g. prior to 2023), they would not be eligible to apply under this pilot program? Thank you for your time.
