(I've seen 6 this week alone) Tm curious why there has been such an increase in asking for more documentation that you may already have or is not able to be issued. In these letters vou are asking for new LOA’s most DLI's cannot issue a new LOA after the student has started classes. And at we cannot reissue any LOA after it has been issued. The only condition that shows on most of our LUA‘ 1s paying your fees, which the students show fee receipts so that should clear up the conditions. We do not issue a letter to the student saying they have met the conditions if money is the only one. IFIRCC asked for official transcripts (like they used to) and a letter of enrolment with a SP extension you would know if they student met their conditions as they would not be enrolled if they didn't. > TOA: An onginal letter of acceptance from the intended educational institution.

Please provide an updated letter of acceptance or enroiment letter that reflects your current level of

studies. The letter should be recently issued and should outline the following:

. the type of course of study or program you are registered for,

. the start date and the expected completion date,

5 show that all conditions have been met,

. whether the program is full-time or part-time studies and

9 support the extension date you are requesting.

This must be received at this office by January 30, 2025 Just a thought and trying to make both of our job easier.
