Jam reaching out to seek clarification regarding study permit applications submitted with a Conditional Letter of : Acceptance (LOA) from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) Based on the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR):

* * Section 216(1)(e) states that a study permit may be issued if the applicant has been accepted to undertake a course or program of study at a DLI, and in the case of a post-secondary institution, confirmation has been provided to the Minister in accordance with paragraph 222.1(1)(a), subject to any extension under subsection 222.1(2).

Given these regulations, could you please clarify whether an applicant applying with a Conditional Letter of Acceptance (LOA) must provide evidence at the time of their study permit application that they meet the conditions of admission stated in the LOA? | appreciate your guidance on this matter.
