We have noticed that the employment location mentioned on the work permit is Winnipeg, whereas the correct location as per the LMIA is Winkler. During the submission of his Work Permit application, our client submitted the LMIA, which specifies Winkler as the employment location. Additionally, the IMM5710 application form requires the employer’s address to be filled in three places. Our client accurately mentioned the correct location in two places, but in the third field, which includes a dropdown menu listing both Winnipeg and Winkler, it appears that Winnipeg was selected inadvertently. We kindly request your guidance on how to proceed with the correction of this discrepancy. We were not sure iffa new Work Permit application needs to be submitted or an amendment request can be made.
