From: Sent: [requester] To: Immigration Representatives / Représentants immigration (IRCC) <[requester email]> ‘Subject: URGENT: Modification of Letter of Support for SUV Applicants Dear [requester]/[requester] you are doing well. ‘We are working with a group of five applicants under the Startup Visa program who have received a Letter of Support from a designated entity. They are currently in the process of preparing and submitting their PR applications. All five members were initially designated as essential, At this stage, four of the applicants have obtained the required language test results. However, one member is facing difficulties and may not be able to. meet the language requirement in time. None of the applicants have submitted their PR applications yet. Given the circumstances, we would like to confirm whether the designated entity can modify the Letter of Support at this stage—either by reclassifying this ‘member as non-essential or removing them from the application entirely.
