Ukraine has stopped issuing passports to males aged 18-60 who are outside their country, forcing them to return to serve in the war, risking their lives. The IRCC measures for Ukrainian nationals up to March 31, 2025 says they need a valid passport - is there an exception? Also, ifthe Ukranian national holds a passport from another country, can they apply for the CUAET work permit with the secondary passport? Thank you. [requester]
