[requester] a study permit (which has the institution's name printed on it) become invalid ifthe student is on an unauthorized break ftom the institution? If yes, do they need to apply for restoration within 90 days of SP becoming invalid or do they need to apply for a new study permit? If they need to apply for a new study permit, will it be an inside Canada application or an outside Canada application? Q2. Does a study permit (which does not have the institution's name printed on it) become invalid if the student is on an unauthorized break from the institution? If yes, do they need to apply for restoration within 90 days of SP becoming invalid or do they need to apply for a new study permit?
