Please see our response to your question, Once a client completes an immigration medical exam (IME), they may require additional tests based on the findings of their [requester] are two ways clients may be notified that additional tests are required:

. The panel physician identifies a condition that requires additional information or screening before the IME results are submitted to IRCC and will therefore contact the client to inform them that additional tests are required. Ifthe client does not complete the additional exams within the specified timeline, the panel physician will submit the IME results with the missing tests and, upon review, IRCC will notify the client to return to a panel physician’s clinic to complete the outstanding tests.

The results of the IME are reviewed by IRCC and itis determined that additional information or screening is required to assess the client's medical admissibility to [requester] email will be sent from IRC to the client requesting that they return to a panel physician’s clinic to complete the outstanding tests.

Clients are required to complete the outstanding examinations before they travel to [requester] recommend that ifthe client was asked to complete additional tests after the client receives a temporary residence visa, that the client verifies their temporary residence status before travelling to Canada via MyIRCC
