Good morning, e100) Iwould appreciate your comments on the following scenarios regarding entering Canada ona study permit that was approved for an intake that has already passed. Scenario A student has applied for a study permit for a program at our institution. The student receives an approval on their study permit application after their intake has already started so they are not able to join our institution for their anticipated term. Questions: #1: Can that student use their study permit approval to enter a later intake at the same institution in the same program of study that their study permit was approved for? #2: Can that student use their study permit approval to enter a later intake at the same institution in a different program of study than their study permit was approved for?
