candidate who is on an [EC work permit issued to them in July 2024 under the Young professionals. : Previously, they were in Canada on another IEC Work permit under the Working Holiday program, starting July 2022. The ease scenario is that while the candidate was on their Working Holiday program, they were also completing their program of education - Bachelor's degree - remotely ffom their home country, that they completed in March 2024. Can this candidate chim Canadian Work Experience while they were completing their degree simultaneously from their home country remotely from the period of July 2022 to March 2024?
