Say a foreign worker applies to extend his immigration status as a visitor. He is considered to have maintained his status as a worker or visitor? WP expiry - Dec 31, 2024 Visitor record application submission - December 21, 2024 What is his immigration status as of today considering his application from December 21, 2024 is still in process? Is he considered to have maintained his status as a worker? We do understand that he will become a visitor once the application is approved, if approved.
