As you are aware, effective November 8, 2024, IRCC requies that the Designated [eaming Institution (DL) listed on a student's study permit must match the institution they are attending, Ifa student transfers to a different DLI after this date, they must apply for a new study permit reflecting the change before begining their studies. ‘This is critical for maintaining compliance with IRCC regulations and ensuting Post-Craduation Work Permit (PGWP) eligibility. We would appreciate clarification on the following:

1. Students’ study permits will list as their [requester], their final transcript and credential will be issued and awarded by which has a different DLI number, Could this diserepaney impact their PGWP application or lead to potential rejection?

2. Regarding the issuance of the Completion Letter for the PGWP application, should both institutions provide a combined single letter, or should separate completion letters be issued’? We are concemed that issuing two completion letters (from ditferent DLs) may contise IRCC officers during processing. If it's suggested to issue a combined single letter, should we consider inching two DLT numbers on the fetter then? Kindly advise.

3. When applying for the PGWP. shonld students list both DLs in the education section of the IMM $710 form? Ifonly one DEL is required, should it be Which granted admission) or “Which issued the credential’?

4, Thinking ahead—if'a student chooses to transfer to affer one term or one year at would they be required to apply for a new study permit reftecting the new DLI? Assuming they meet all PGWP elizbiliy requirements (e.2. maintaining full-time student status, etc.), would this transfer affect their PGWP cligibily?
