My name is [requester] a question. Suppose a student is a transfer student currently residing in Canada, ‘They applied for SP extension which was approved only until July 2025. But due to deferral they will start their program in the fall 2025. They stopped studying at their previous school in December 2024. They will now have to change their status to a visitor as they wont be studying until fall 2025 and it will be more than 150 days for them as well Simultaneously, they will also have to apply for SP extension and will be on maintained status as their program starts in Fall 2025. ‘My questions: 1. Will tis student be able to start studying in Fall 2025 while being on maintained status? 2. If by Fall they visitor record application isn't approved, do they need to withdraw it? 3.
