am leading a team of International Immigration Student Advisers We recently came across a different ftom ours, advising practice where graduate -level students with a valid LOI (applied late 2024,before PAL was part of requirements for SP application) are advised to submit a new SP application (with PAL) just to ensure students dor't face any issues from Border Officers re lack of PAL with the original LOL Could you please confirm that graduate-level students with valid LOL and no PAL (as per previous SP application requirements) should not face any issues when crossing the border.
