As | understand, most foreign nationals currently in Canada on a visitor visa are no longer eligible to apply for a work permit at the POE, effective immediately. In this context, | would appreciate your guidance on the following:

0. 0. Is it still possible for foreign nationals to apply for a work permit inside Canada using IMMS710 (Application to Change [requester], or Remain in Canada as a Worker), as was previously allowed under the temporary public policy?

1. 1.If this option is no longer available, how should foreign nationals apply for a work permit from inside Canada? Are there any alternative pathways or steps they must follow to be eligible for a work permit application?

Are there any specific instructions or updated guidelines that foreign nationals and immigration consultants should follow when submitting work permit applications under the current policy? Answer:

1. 1. Aperson who is currently a visitor with legal status in Canada is not eligible to apply for a work permit from within [requester] a visitor would like to apply for a work permit, they can do so from outside of Canada.

2. 2. The temporary public policy allowing visitors to apply for a work permit from within Canada has ended. Canada ends temporary public policy allowing visitors to apply for work permits from within the country - Canada.ca. You can only apply for a work permit from inside Canadaiif:
