Please note that the current regulation only allows applicants to apply for a PGWP in Canada if their study permit is still valid (not expired) or if they meet one of the other requirements of sectian 219 at the time they submit their application. Specifically, I would like to know: 1. Is an individual eligible to file a post-graduate work permit (PGWP) application while in maintained status and within 180 days after their study permit expires?; 2. Ifyes, can an individual continue to work (part/full-time) once their (study permit) extension application is adjudicated, despite it being approved after the PGWP application is filed: 1.
